Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort opened its doors on October 1, 1988 having 2,112 rooms. This is a visually exciting resort; very colorful. The exterior-entrance rooms are grouped into six villages: Trinidad North, Trinidad South, Martinique, Barbados, Aruba and Jamaica. They are all surrounding the beautiful 45 acre Barefoot Bay. Each village has its own pool and white sandy beach. Hang out and relax at this island themed resort.

This is a smoke-free Resort; smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking locations.
Refillable mugs are $13.99 and are available at Old Port Royale Food Court. You are able to use these mugs to fill up on coffee and soft drinks for free while you are staying at the resort. These are not for use at the theme parks.

Old Port Royale Food Court is a where you will be able to to grab a meal and eat in a food court type atmosphere.
Grab N Go Market - You will find pastries, ice cream, fresh fruit, etc. at this location.
Royale Pizza & Pasta Shop - You can grab some breakfast here and for lunch and dinner it is all Italian.
Montegos Deli - Pancakes in the morning and soups, sandwiches, etc. in the afternoon.
Old Port Royale Hamburger Shop - Mickey waffles are here for breakfast. Burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries for lunch and dinner.
Bridgetown Broiler - Omelets are made to order for you in the morning, as well as other breakfast entrees. In the afternoon you will find roasted chicken.
Shutters at Old Port Royale - Sit down restaurant with meals with an island flair such as: plantain-crusted red snapper, pineapple-marinated chicken and
smoked prime ribs. They only serve dinner and have lots of yummy desserts too!

Complimentary transportation is available one hour prior to Disney Theme Park opening time up to 3 hours after Disney Theme Park closing time. Additionally, buses operate until 3:00 a.m. from the Downtown Disney Area. Certain areas of Walt Disney World Resort are also connected by well-lit, paved, low-grade walking paths.
