Want to getaway to the Florida Keys - you can have that and more at Disney's Old Key West Resort. This is Disney's first DVC Resort (Disney Vacation Club) and opened on December 20, 1991. Ironically, it was named Disney's Vacation Club Resort up until January 1996 when it was then renamed. This resort boasts 761 units and has such a relaxed island feel. The Lake Buena Vista Golf Course is intertwined into the resort as well, so that is fun to watch the golfers from your room. Beautiful place to stay and just a short distance to Downtown Disney with a nice relaxing boat ride.

Olivia's Cafe - Meals are served a la carte. For breakfast you will find pancakes, omelets and their special Banana Bread French Toast. Lunch has items like cheeseburgers, sandwiches and blackend tuna. Mahi Mahi, prime rib, steak, etc. is what is on the menu for dinner.

The Gurgling Suitcase - Need a drink - here's a good place to grab one.

Turtle Shack - Grab a quick bite by the pool. It is convenient for people staying near Old Turtle Pond Road.

Good's Food to Go - Good place to grab a quick sandwich, burger, etc. It is convenient to the pool too.

Complimentary transportation is available one hour prior to Disney Theme Park opening time up to 3 hours after Disney Theme Park closing time. Additionally, buses operate until 3:00 a.m. from the Downtown Disney Area. Certain areas of Walt Disney World Resort are also connected by well-lit, paved, low-grade walking paths.
