Park Tips and Information for Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World
Guest Relations is located at City Hall. If you need to book a restaurant, have to check Lost & Found items or just have general park questions, step inside for some help.
Special Dietary Requests:
Walt Disney World Resort tries to meet guests special dietary needs. They will be willing to help with counter service and sit-down dining. It is best to call at least 14 days prior to their arrival at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance.
Package Pick-Up Service:
Package Pick-Up service is a super convenient service that Disney offers so that you don't have to carry your purchases around with you all day. You will simply need to let the store know that you would like to use this service and then stop and pick them up on your way out of the park.
As a perk of being a guest on Disney property, you can have your purchases sent to your hotel from a park for free.
Baby Care Center:
Hosted by Nestle Good Start, there is a quiet spot where you can feed and change your little ones. This center is located next to The Crystal Palace restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A. This is also the location where lost children are taken.
Need a band-aid? First aid is presented by Florida Hospital and is located next to the Baby Care Center by The Crystal Palace restaurant.
Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop:
Want a gift for that special person in your life? Call The Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop and they will creates arrangements and gifts for all types of celebrations. The gift can be sent to a restaurant, park or your Walt Disney Resort room. Call (407) 827-3505 for more details.
Disney's FASTPASS Service:
I feel that this service is the most helpful idea that Disney has implemented. In order to get onto the rides that have the longest wait times with no waiting on your part, use this service! First, you have to find one of the rides that utilized the FASTPASS service. Next, insert your ticket to the theme park and watch for a FASTPASS receipt to come out with a time for you to return to the ride. Lastly, don't forget to retrieve your park ticket and keep the receipt to hand to a Cast Member when entering the ride. Go enjoy a snack, another ride, etc. instead of standing in line. Also, there will be a time on the receipt that will allow you to get another FASTPASS as well.

Located on Main Street, U.S.A, under the Walt Disney World Railroad train station
Located at the Main Entrance to the right after you go through the turnstiles.
Smoking is only permitted at marked locations in the park; check your park map for these areas.
Located on Main Street, U.S.A. at the front of the park to the right.
Disney's PhotoPass Service:
Have your picture taken by one of Disney's PhotoPass photographers (there is no obligation for this photo). They will give you a plastic card that will house all of your photos on it. Keep the card, as use it at all of the parks, for your entire trip and then check them out online at DisneyPhotoPass.com when you return home (or get to a computer). Then order pictures that you want. After a long vacation, this may be something you forget to do. The photos are only available for 30 days.
Disney is environmentally aware - watch for recycling bins for your plastics and cans.
