As Zendaya has mentioned before, her parents don't allow her to follow people on Twitter that she doesn't know. That is their policy, and it is because of their love for her! She also says that she is not allowed to date at this time too. Being a parent of a 14 year old - I can understand! She wants you all to know that she is "following u all in spirit."
