Roshon Fegan called in to chat with Ryan Seacrest on his show, "On Air with Ryan Seacrest," yesterday (May 17, 2012). The two conversed about "Dancing With The Stars" and the subject of his relationship with his dancing partner, Chelsie Hightower, came up. See what he has to say about that.
