Good friends, Ashley Tisdale and Haylie Duff, had some shopping fun at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills, California. The two were spotted leaving the store on Thursday afternoon (August 18). Haylie is older sister to Hilary Duff and her and Ashley were seen biking together recently.
