Miley Cyrus was noticed in Toluca Lake, California, yesterday (August 8) with beau, Liam. The two had a bite to eat at athe Sweetsalt Food Shop. Miley spoke yesterday via Twitter about not wanting the paps attention anymore - looks like they may not have heard!
