Billy Unger will turn 17 years old on October 15, 2012, but the "Lab Rats" actor celebrated with his cast members early! Above is a photo from Billy of himself with Kelli Berglund, Hal Sparks, Tyrel James Williams and Spencer Boldman on the set of their Disney XD series with cakes!!!
