Here's hoping that Mr. Roshon Fegan has one great birthday today (October 6, 2012)!! The "Shake It Up!" actor/singer turns 21 years old!

He tweeted last night that he was having a birthday bash, "Where are my biggest fans? I want to give you the opportunity to come and hang with me at my 21st Bday Bash tomorrow."
