Disney Interactive rolled out the first phase of the new Disney.com experience on Monday, October 1, 2012. According to the Disney Post, the new site will transform the way Disney fans watch, play, create and discover Disney online.

The new Disney.com was designed to be a clean and easy-to-navigate experience for everyone. It was built using Responsive Design technology, a modern web development technique that ensures a rich and consistent experience across platforms and devices, including personal computers, tablets and smartphones.

Beyond the new design and technology, the team also invested in new channels to entertain people of all ages. The site delivers custom content and Disney video from across the company, including live Disney Channel programming via TV+ and YouTube on Disney, all in an effort to create the premier online family video experience.

This week, Disney.com is hosting an exclusive clip of Disney's "Frankenweenie," which hits theaters on October 5, 2012.
