Watch as Debby Ryan of Disney Channel's "Jessie" talks in this video about Disney's Friends For Change working with the American Red Cross. Providing a $1 million grant to the American Red Cross to support youth services this year, volunteer engagement programs and disaster services, Disney is helping to get the word out about being ready for emergencies and disasters as September is National Preparedness Month. They want kids and families to know that there are three easy steps everyone can take to prepare: Get a kit. Make a plan. Be informed. They are also encouraging all of us to help get friends and neighbors prepared too. Be sure to download the pareparedness action kit at disney.com/friends. Watch:
